10. CONTROLS FORDO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers andsome mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preferencenot to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected.At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising andimplementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currentlyrespond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automaticallycommunicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for onlinetracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you aboutthat practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California lawrequires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Becausethere currently is not an industry or legal standardfor recognising or honouring DNT signals, we do not respondto them at this time.

Under certain US statedata protection laws, you can designate an authorised agent to make arequest on your behalf. We may deny a request froman authorised agent that does not submit proof that they have beenvalidly authorised to act on your behalf in accordance withapplicable laws.

RequestVerification

Upon receiving yourrequest, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the sameperson about whom we have the information in our system. We will only usepersonal information provided in your request to verify your identity orauthority to make the request. However, if we cannot verify your identity fromthe information already maintained by us, we may request that you provideadditional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and forsecurity or fraud-prevention purposes.

If you submit therequest through an authorised agent, we may need to collectadditional information to verify your identity before processing your requestand the agent will need to provide a written and signed permission from you tosubmit such request on your behalf.

California 'ShineThe Light' Law

California Civil CodeSection 1798.83, also known as the 'Shine The Light' law, permits ourusers who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a yearand free of charge, information about categories of personal information (ifany) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the namesand addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information inthe immediately preceding calendar year.
